Refund Policy
Forge aims to provide a smooth and fair service experience. This policy outlines when cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling are permitted.
1. Session Cancellations by Members

Sessions can be cancelled up to 6 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations made under 6 hours will be considered a late cancellation and the session will be counted as used.

2. Package / Membership Refunds
Packages are non-refundable
3. Freezing / Pausing a Package
Packages may be paused only for:

Medical emergencies

Travel exceeding 10 days
Freezing limits:

Maximum freeze: 30 days per 6-month package

No freeze allowed for 1-month packages unless medically required.
4. Cancellations by Forge
A session may be cancelled due to:

Trainer unavailability

Operational issues
-
Safety reasons
In such cases:

A free reschedule will be provided, or
-
A replacement trainer will be assigned.
5. Workshops or Corporate Bookings

50% advance required to block slots

Advance is non-refundable if cancelled within 72 hours of the event

Postponement allowed based on availability
