Refund Policy

Forge aims to provide a smooth and fair service experience. This policy outlines when cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling are permitted.

1. Session Cancellations by Members

  • Sessions can be cancelled up to 6 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Cancellations made under 6 hours will be considered a late cancellation and the session will be counted as used.

2. Package / Membership Refunds

Packages are non-refundable

3. Freezing / Pausing a Package

Packages may be paused only for:

  • Medical emergencies

  • Travel exceeding 10 days

Freezing limits:

  • Maximum freeze: 30 days per 6-month package

  • No freeze allowed for 1-month packages unless medically required.

4. Cancellations by Forge

A session may be cancelled due to:

  • Trainer unavailability

  • Operational issues

  • Safety reasons

In such cases:

  • A free reschedule will be provided, or

  • A replacement trainer will be assigned.

5. Workshops or Corporate Bookings

  • 50% advance required to block slots

  • Advance is non-refundable if cancelled within 72 hours of the event

  • Postponement allowed based on availability
