Thank you for shopping with Forge. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your merchandise orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During peak seasons, sale periods, or high order volumes, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

Forge ships products across India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Bangalore: 1–3 business days

  • South India: 2–5 business days

  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days

  • Remote or rural locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen events.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees vary based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package size/weight

  • Courier partner pricing

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for minimum-order thresholds.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email/SMS

  • A tracking ID or link to monitor the shipment

Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Forge is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Wrong pincode provided

If a package is returned due to incorrect information, re-shipping charges will apply.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window:

  • Contact us at merch@forgehub.in

  • We will coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue

In the rare event of a lost package:

  • A replacement or refund will be issued after verification with the courier partner.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A tampered package

  • Missing items

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures/video of:

  • Outer packaging

  • Product

  • Shipping label

We will arrange for a replacement or suitable resolution.

8. International Shipping

Currently, Forge does not offer international shipping.
International orders may be introduced in future depending on demand and logistics.

9. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items:

  • They may be shipped separately depending on stock availability

  • You will receive separate tracking details for each package if applicable
